I use Grid2 for my healing and it does show incoming heals. I liked Luna a bit more for that because it has an option for smart-missing-health which included the incoming heals into the missing health but unfortunately it has a few bugs revoloving around pets sometimes not showing or showing incorrectly.The example below is a Rejuvenation mouseover macro.
