When you crew your D'Vor be aware of two things. There is no such thing as a Latinum mining crew. No officers give bonuses to mining Latinum specifically. Your mining rate will be very high no matter what, so don't bother using officers like 10/10 or Elea; they don't improve the rate very much and the much much larger issue is protected cargo.I'm ops 35, but my D'vor is only tier 8 so I can't scrap it for the full BPs for a Feesha. I can mine and refine concentrated latinum. I have 4 stations still to upgrade before I can go to T9 with my D'vor. It'll require about 213K parts.
