I tried watching both and came to this conclusion:: physeo has more information but sketchy is better organized. Like- virulence factor is in one section of sketch, disease by toxin is in one part. So, helps in easy recall.. but for strep viridans and Chlamydia, borrelia (lyme disease) I found physeo to be better.

V11 is free and has pretty much everything you need. V12 is the paid continuing updated version, they updaters of the deck claim to release it in the future, maybe yearly (hopefully).
