Yes it does. Personally tested. no, Warmaster procs only once per attack and therefore is only good for champions doing 2 or less hits per attack. Giant slayer procs per hit and Shamael does a lot of hits on his CA.Just a heads up. One of the 6 heads (Head of Suffering) has a 30% reduction instead of the usual 10% so if he's in the mix (like right now) you're looking at a 60% AOE total damage reduction instead of 40%.
