Tech definitely gives you more mobility. If you are concerned about changing majors, UT is not nearly as easy a place to do that at, especially in popular majors like CS, engineering, business. If you are content with CS 100% UT would not be a problem. Tech is a smaller campus than UT.Ladies, if there is a creep that you can't get rid of, get loud and around people.
