Meet Yappers (Bonded w/Zeus) Yappers is a 9 year old chihuahua that is 10.5 pounds. This girl has the most lovely personality and is good with people and dogs. She is very social and loves to be held and cuddle with her canine and human friends. We can only imagine her name was given ironically as she never barks-she's an angel.Portland Dachshund Rescue INC relies on donations for 100% of its funding. We are a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization who believes in giving dogs a second chance at happiness. Our volunteers all have "9-5" jobs but give their time because they believe in the work we do and the services we provide to the local community.
