Pentair intelliflo display not working
Dec 15, 2019 · Dec 15, 2019. #1. I just installed an Intelliflo VF and it operates in standalone mode. When I connect it to the Aqualink (ver T.2) with iAqualink 2.0, the pump will not run. The "status" screen shows the Intelliflo VF at 0 rpm and 0 flow, so the communication seems fine. I also disconnected my RS4 All button keypad. A single speed pump is controlled by an Aux relay and does not use the RS-485 com port. A VS pump is controlled by the RS-485 cable and is not wired to any Aux relay. I went to the IntelliFlo Setup section and see Pump 1 and Pump 2 listed. Pump 1 is my main pump and Pump 2 is my cleaner pump. Both pumps are set to "none," which makes sense since neither was a IntelliFlo. Now that Pump 1 is an IntelliFlo, I know it's obvious that I should set it to VSF.
Things to make sure of... 1. When the EasyTouch is controlling your IntelliFlo, the pump's display should say "Display not active". 2. For the pump to run there has to be at least one Active Circuit scheduled in the EasyTouch and it needs to be on.
