Its been Pending release from non-UPS broker since November 15th and hasn't been updated. I have been in contact with order support several times to try and resolve the matter but nothing is moving forward. It basically means that UPS hasn't received the package because its stuck at the border and its duties need to be paid plus paperwork. The agency will release the item when it is ready. The brokerage used by UPS (or their in-house team), will also contact you or the sender if additional steps need to be taken.
