It is under siege by the Qalashi djaradin under the leadership of Warlord Sargha.I think my alts who haven't done any progression in Obsidian Citadel are experiencing an issue where they phase out of the area where there are Dreamsurged Rares. This is frustrating because these alts are ALTS for a reason and I didn't feel like farming up whatever I need just to be able to kill the rares for the Dreamsurges.
