Lifesteal applies on basic attacks. So you deal 100 damage on an auto and have 20% lifesteal, you'll heal 20. But it does not work on abilities. Omnivamp applies on all damage. So if you cast an ability that does 100 damage, and you have 20% Omnivamp, you'll get 20hp back. This is all sources, so autos, abilities and item actives too. so i did sum calculations, and lets say that a W AA deals 600 dmg while u have 16% omnivamp that would be 96hp healed ( [600 * 0.16]/100) soldiers are AOE damage, so spell vamp/omnivamp are reduced to 1/3 effectiveness.
