I had the same issue. Eventually it wouldn't cycle at all. I had to get the base replaced after troubleshooting over the phone. Unfortunately you may have to get it replaced again. Make sure there isn't any litter under the globe and vacuum it out if there is. Also make sure the foam strips around the top of the waste bin aren't peeling up.A flashing yellow light and a message declaring a “pinch sensor fault”. Took apart the base and sure enough, the pinch sensors were caked with debris. Gave them a thorough cleaning but did not remove them.I received my new litter robot 3 last week. What often happens with the cat sensor fault in our household at least is that one cat uses the LR, then I’m guessing somewhere around seven minutes later, right when the LR Is about to cycle, the other cat hops in, thus creating a cat sensor fault.. The second cat uses the LR, and then it’s reset to around seven minutes later to cycle.During all the time I have cleaned and reassembled the Litter-Robot I have not seen the motor turn once and I wonder if the fault is motor related.
