I thought maybe it was because the sensor was dirty so I removed the bonnet and the globe and wiped down the sensor with a moist microfiber. That didn’t work either. The work around seems to be just keep resetting the gauge a couple times and it seems to be ok for 2 more days or so before the waste bin is actually kinda full.Hi all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can’t get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. I replaced the DFI sensors a few month back but I don’t think that’s the problem.
