I just checked some of my old unrated games and no, they don't appear in the Lichess opening book - HOWEVER, they would exist in the downloadable full database via https://database.lichess.org. Chess.com uses Glicko 1, Lichess uses Glicko 2 and FIDE use the old ELO system. Apart from these differences ratings between them are also not comparable. A given rating is not a measure of how good you are at chess. It is a rating of how well you perform in a certain pool of players.
