Posted December 29, 2021. My guess is it’ll shoot just fine without the slide lightening. Once the weight limit was increased the Shadow 2 OR became available (and allowed) that does not have any slide lightening cuts and it shoots pretty good as is. My guess is the slide lightening cuts alone take off 2-3 oz.Description. Fire4effect did my sp01 shadow. I would recommend and use either company again.I am thinking of putting an SRO on my Shadow 2 and trying to understand the pros and cons of the various options. 1. Buy complete OR upper. Expensive, and I don't see any for sale right now. 2. Have CZ custom mill for their mounting plate system. Pros: Flexibility, and can re-install a rear sight.

CZC has set up two Shadow 1's with the multi-optic plates for me (both have SRO's mounted) and just recently did a direct mill on a Shadow 2 for another SRO and milled the slide to make CO weight for IDPA.
