The printer has not worked since changing this toner cartridge. When the printer is turned on it gets stuck in the "Initializing" stage. The printer now makes a lot of loud noises during start up. When I open up the printer to look at the toner cartridges they have not rotated to the correct position for removal.Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and wait for about 60 seconds.
