Halloween lab farm is the best XP farm in the game when it’s available. For core Tyria you can do the CoF farm but I don’t know how easily you’ll get people for that.

To unlock all core tyria masteries to max youll need 49 points, leaving 18 extra ones (or just 10 if you dont count the LS2 ones). If you don't have LS2 you get 47 "easy" Mastery points.
