The brace of birds becomes a pair of pistols at the hands of the Void.I started using the felarx after the update changes and aside from the small damage buff to incarnon mode, there is actually no real improvement to the gun. The problems are: Its fire rate, magazine/reload makes it important to use up mod slots to fix these problems. The damage of the regular shotgun does about 2x or more than the incarnon form.

I have a Felarx Riven with 214 rolls at this moment and I haven't seen a single -crit chance negative. I'm starting to think it cannot be done. ... So even if you have a negative multishot riven it technically won't decrease multishot unless you use positive multishot mods. Not sure how it works for weapons with innate multishot though.The damage bonus from felarx/phenmor/laetum counters the damage attenuation on Archons (and liches). Xatas whisper/toxic lash double dips on that. Kuva hek/felarx get a ton of damage in in one shot before the attenuation has a chance to kick in. You dont need all the bells and whistles to take them down fairly quickly. Make a riven with this in mind. Crit chance, Crit damage, damage, multishot. 2. Multishot and damage are usually good. 3. Curses (negative stats) will increase the numbers of the positive stats as compensation. Since a curse can be something like -zoom or -status duration this can be quite worthwhile.
