Long time since I played classic, for obvious reasons. I used to see my enemy's spell being cast within a cast bar. Now, whether I use Xperl, or Quartz's enemy cast bar, it does not show with either of them. I am thinking that maybe it is not supported at this stage in the game, just as the target's HP is not visible either (it's just 100/100).The first way is to open the Task Manager. Once in Task Manager, go to Startup tab and choose Disable from context menu. If you want to disable the cast bar, you can also click Reputation pane and deselect Show as experience. The second way is to disable the frame of the Blizzard spell.
