I’ve had this happen with certain attachments such as blackout rounds or 60 round mags. Try switching up your setup if it keeps happening. Pay attention while joining a match, if ur insured weapon is without a camo select the weapon again. Works for me everytime.So after days of reading reddit, and other call of duty forums. I have found a solution that works for me and it may or may not work for you. 1)Load up call of duty and go into DMZ. 2)Check to see if you can put attachments on your insured weapon and check if you can equip it to your load out.

EDIT: The missions i haven't done are: White Lotus [Tier 3: Fast and Strong], Black Mous [Tier 1: Weapons Research, Tier 2: Based, Tier 3: The Whale]. Whenever i try to infil and equipped my insured weapon lethals mission documents, they wont load in and im sutck with nothing or the extracted items and guns form my last deployment. has anyone a fix for this bug? I had to "change" my insured to a completely different class and then equip it.The bug has to do with bundle attachments as far as I can tell, and seems to also happen with non bugged guns when you have a backpack without a stow weapon slot. Any attachment from a bundle will bug any gun. This applies to insured, or contraband guns, either awarded or player weapons extracted. ….
