Does anyone know if normal thrall/follower leveling with the food you want, is better than just using the admin command to level them instantly to 20? My best thrall is a T3 bearer (i'm still in newb territory). She is level 8 with over 9000 hp and good damage with a flawless Cimmerian battle axe and flawless heavy armour (mixed for strength and encumbrance (no elephant hide etc)). I have two named 1 skull fighter thralls at level 10 with decent perks but both are only 4500 hp and do similar ...Mostly it depends on what you will be fighting. For armor, some form of heavy armor is best as thralls do not suffer any of the stamina regen problems player characters have with heavy armor. Try and select armor that has a bonus in either strength or vitality.
