My dad has a new phone with Android 11, but he has AT&T, and as we set the phone up, the voicemail tab in the phone app disappeared. He already had an AT&T visual voicemail app he’s used to though, so I didn’t try to get it back. I had trouble getting visual voicemail to work after switching from T-Mobile to Mint on my Pixel 5. What finally did it was deleting the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app, as soon as I did that it started working (go to the phone app and go to Settings -> Voicemail. I did exactly the same. Went from Tmobile to Mint.
