Towing a 8200lbs travel trailer from Texas to Tennessee in June. Was wondering if anyone has a similar set up and if they've done a trip like that with it.I have 35s on my '22 trail boss 2.7L and an additional 1.75" lift. I asked the dealer about gearing and recalibrating the computer for throttle, speed, gauges. Only lost 2-3 mpg based on my driving style. The turbo whistles more often than it used to bc it requires more power than before to move the heavier tires.Here's 35s on 2.5" levelling kit. These are 18 wheels, same as mine. Also my truck has a 1.5 inch lift in the front, notice where my bumper is in relation to the wheel center cap and compre the truck in my previous post. Looks like he has a least a 3 inch or more lift in front not to mention the back is higher too. ….

I've seen a few people have done it and said they had to trim some but not a lot and only rubs at full lick. I'm stumped on what to do.

I would say at least a +18 offset wheel with a 5" backspace.
